Stall Applications Due September 14, 2026

Horsemen seeking a stall at Tampa Bay Downs can complete the application form by downloading the PDF version to submit via email or fax.

Download, fill out the stall application, then scan the completed form to return before emailing to StallApp@tampabaydowns.com or fax it to (813) 854-3539.

Fillable PDF — Desktop Computer Required

If printing the stall application, please return a SCANNED copy of the completed form.

Do Not Ship Until You Receive Stall Assignment From Racing Association
The Track Will Be Closed for Training on Mondays.

Submitting a Printed Copy

If you print the application instead of filling it out on a computer, choose one of the two options below to return it — both are accepted.

Option 1: Use a Scanner

  1. Complete and sign every page of the application.
  2. Scan all pages into a single PDF using a scanner, copier, or a scanning app on your phone (such as Notes, Adobe Scan, or your phone's built-in document scanner).
  3. Save the file and attach it to an email.

Option 2: Take a Photo

  1. Complete and sign every page of the application.
  2. Using your mobile phone, take a clear, well-lit photo of each page. Make sure the entire page is in frame and all text is easy to read.
  3. Attach the photos to an email, in page order.

Email your scanned document or photos to StallApp@tampabaydowns.com.
