With over 40 years of teaching experience, Matt Mitchell was named the North Florida PGA Section Teacher of the Year in 2012 and is a three-time West Central Chapter Player of the Year (2008, 2010, 2012). He has also been honored as a Top-50 Instructor by Golf Range Magazine.
Students include Korn Ferry Tour player Jack Maguire, LPGA Major Champion Brittany Lincicome, and numerous collegiate and high school players.

Bobby Capobianco brings over 45 years of teaching experience to The Downs Golf Practice Facility. A 2nd team NJCAA All American during his college days, Bobby has taught at Lansbrook Golf Club and Silver Dollar Golf Club before joining The Downs in February 2022.
