Horsemen's Services Information

Admission, Passes & Seating

Any Horse(wo)man possessing a valid Florida racing license, with Tampa Bay Downs credentials, is entitled to free race-day admission through any gate.

There are a limited number of box seats available for horse(wo)men’s use on race days, with priority given to those who have horses competing on that day’s card.

Spouses of horse(wo)men must obtain a photo I.D. badge in our Security Office before they can receive complimentary admission.

Out-of-state Horse(wo)men holding a valid out-of-state racing license, and one additional guest, are eligible for free admission.

**Note: Pass requests must be made before 11:00 a.m. on race days.**

Customer Service

Customer Service is open on race days from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. and is located on the 1st floor of the Grandstand.

Stakes Luncheons

Owners with horses entered in any of Tampa Bay Downs’ Graded Stakes are entitled to complimentary dining in the Skye Terrace Dining Room (for up to six people).

Reservations must be made through the Horsemen’s Liaison as early as possible. Owners will be responsible for excess charges incurred should the party be greater than six people.

Festival Day (March 8, 2025): Only owners with horses in the Gr. III Lambholm South Tampa Bay Derby, the Gr. III Florida Oaks, the Gr. II Hillsborough Stakes, and the Gr. III Michelob Ultra Challenger Stakes can be accommodated for lunch.

Florida Cup Day (March 30, 2025): All owners and trainers are invited to enjoy a free catered buffet luncheon in the Trackside Pavilion.

DVDs

Copies of Tampa Bay Downs’ races can be purchased from Sportview Television, Inc. For purchasers providing their own DVDs, each race costs $30 and includes a wide-angle pan shot and the head-on replay. Those without a DVD should add $10. To order and pick up a DVD, contact the Horsemen’s Bookkeeper's at (813)855-4401, ext. 1337.

Photographs

SV Photography is the official track photographer at Tampa Bay Downs. Photos may be ordered in the Winner’s Circle, by stopping by the photographer’s office (located on the 1st floor of the Grandstand), or by calling (813) 855-4401 ext. 1246 during the racing season.

On Track Gift Shop

Stop by our On Track Gift Shop, located on the 1st floor of our Grandstand, and receive a 10% discount by showing your valid racing license.
