Please note that we normally do not provide any feedback to false-positives submitted to Vircom. We insert them into an automated database and use them to do statistical analysis and gradually teach our antispam engine how to tell the difference between legit Email from spam messages.
Please use the trusted-senders mechanism in Modus to prevent further false-positives from the sender.
